Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Cousin Earl reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Cousin Earl reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders placed must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. Cousin Earl is a reseller to end user customers and does not accept orders from dealers, exporters, wholesalers, or other customers who intend to resell the products offered by Cousin Earl.

Sales Taxes

Cousin Earl shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within Texas. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state.

DELIVERY OPTIONS

Our current delivery method and carrier is FedEx. Our standard orders will be processed within 2-3 business days. Please keep in mind that FedEx does not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. If an invalid address is provided, a customer service representative may contact you for an alternate address, which may cause a delay in processing your order.

During the holidays our shipping times may vary.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

You can track your order three ways:

  1. You can view your order and track each individual order you have placed by viewing the invoice sent to you after purchase.
  2. Visit www.FedEx.com and enter in your tracking number for the most up to date information about your order.
  3. Contact our Customer Service department at (214) 973-2524 Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm CST and a representative will gladly inform you on the status of your order.
